Email count on the custom page - This identifies the number of email addresses within the counts. If we ran a search and we had 20,000 records and 15,000 email counts, it is informing the patron that we have 15,000 email addresses to email to. Since we can not publish those, they would contact us and we would do an email blast for them, similar if they were to purchase a list from us.

Zero Dropped from New Jersey Zip Codes - Because of comma delimited I’m told it’s not something we have control over. However, once you download into the Excel format, the zero isn’t dropped off, it’s on the record. So download into Excel.

As far as the recommendations with Yellow Pages headings and a search button, I’ll let you know what I find out when I have word.

InfoTrac Custom Newspapers Webinars

This webinar will highlight the latest user interface enhancements to InfoTrac Custom Newspapers (soon to be renamed InfoTrac Newsstand). These enhancements include Web 2.0 sharing tools, updated Publication Browse/Search, RSS Feeds, homepage customization, named user functionality and enhanced search results including multimedia and result filters.
